There are 3 minimum required files for this to this theme to apply completely. Only applying the theme file will not add widget to your mobile.
To add the widget in your mobile you have to add these separately using the special apps.

Realme UI 3.0 theme for Realme Oppo
There is very less difference between Realme UI 3.0 and UI 2.0 in User Interface. The only difference in icon is that color and size of Reame UI 3.0 home screen icons.
Some other minor changes are also available in Realme UI 3.0. The main thing changed in this upgrade is that color, size and shape of icons for home screen, notification center, setting icon and in app icons are chenged.

Icons
The main change you will notice in this theme is optimized icons. Icons for home screen, settings and file manager are optimized in this theme.
The size, shape and color of icons is little bit improved in Realme UI 3.0 theme for all Realme and Oppo phones.
Icons have been make somewhat darken with high contrast and more colorful and you will also notice shadow effect behind them which create a 3D effect.
Dialpad
Dialpad in this theme is quite similar to Realme UI previous version update so you will not find any major changes in dialpad within this theme.
Notification center
Message App in this theme is kept similar so you will not find any major changes in this theme. However you can find some minor changes in notification center if you apply this theme on mobile currently working on Realme UI 2.0.
File Manager
File manager in this theme is slightly different from normal ColorOS UI and Realme UI 1/2. And icons in the file manager are inspired by Realme UI 3.0 file manager icons.
So you will notice some improved icons in this theme.
System Settings
The user interface in the system settings interface will not change after applying the theme. But you will notice the slightly change in icons size and color.
Icons in the settings in this theme are inspired from Realme UI 3.0 official user interface.
