If your Realme wireless buds are connected to your mobile but there is no sound then there may be interference nearby you. Interference is the type of radio wave noise or it is just like jamming. So first we have to find out anything is not jamming the Bluetooth.

  • Make sure you are away from microwave ovens and other objects with large electromagnetic interference.
  • Keep your smartphone and Realme buds wireless closer to each other and try to connect.
  • Turn off and on your smartphone’s bluetooth.
  • If you are still facing issue then put the realme Buds wireless into the charging box, re-open the cover, press and hold the touch area for 5 Seconds to reconnect. Buds Q are in the pairing state, reconnect the phone to restore the sound.

  • Also try to restart your smartphone.

Make sure that realme buds wireless is connected to your smartphone via bluetooth. And while calling make sure that bluetooth option is selected among the calling options (Speaker, Earpiece, Bluetooth).

  1. My realme buds air 2’s right side isn’t charging no matter what I do I’ve cleaned the sensor and did reset thrice now and did everything and still doesn’t charge what should I do?
