What is Realme callme service

Realme callme service is the products repairing service by Realme for its existing customers at their place itself. Once you have booked realme callme service at their tollfree number, their executive will reach at your place and pickup your realme product within 48 Hrs to repair it.

How to book Realme callme service

To book the realme callme service you just need to make a call at realme tollfree number 1800 102 2777 and ask to raise a request for callme service. Realme tollfree number is available from Monday to Sunday 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM.

To raise the realme callme service request customer has to provide the smartphone details to the realme customer care executive. You need to keep you smartphone following details ready: IMEI number, Product purchase date, smartphone model & variant and product malfunctioning details.

After booking the realme callme service you will receive a call from the realme to book the pickup appointment. After booking the pickup time appointment realme personal will pickup your device within 48 Hrs.

And you device will be repaired within 48 Hrs after pickup has completed by realme personal.

How to check realme callme service status

If you have already deposited your realme smartphone to realme personal by using realme callme service then you can track its repair status by again calling to the realme tollfree number 1800 102 2777.

There is no other way available at realme website to trace your callme service live.

Charges for realme callme service

Under Warranty: If your realme product is under warranty and there is no liquid or physical damage on it then your device will be repaired free of cost.

After Warranty: If your product warranty has ended then you have to pay 100 rupees for the inspection charges. These are charges you have to pay if non of the repair process has done on your product. Rupees 100 charges are compulsary for out of warranty smartphones.

In addition to the 100 rupees you have to pay for the repair process. You have to pay if any of the smartphone part has been changed.

In case of Out of Warranty device if customer reject for repair after diagnosis then customer has to pay for diagnosis charge of 100 INR (Excluded GST).

I bought a realme tv 43inch on the 17 of March 2022 and it has not been even one month and on 13 of April 2022 while I was watching the tv a sound came from inside the tv and after that my tv indicator is not working i.e,my tv indicator is not showing the red light which it use to show while turning on the tv.. I have registered the complain on 14 of April 2022 with case id C101220414084112565-01.the customer care service told me they will provide me technician within 48 to 72 hrs… Im still waiting.. for my query to be resolve..

I bought realme 9+pro on sep 09.09.2022 , even one month not yet finish the display like blinking or fully white , i diagnose and found the reason the display has bend but mobile not fell down , with out any physical damage it will bend or I am not notice while buying , very low quality in realme mobiles please don’t buy realme via Flipkart because they are sending a used items ,because while my mobile box opening that time another mail account login my mobile . Very worst service also
