Realme 2 Pro Realme UI update: Realme 2 Pro is the first pro series smartphone from the Realme which was launched earlier in Sep 2018. Realme 2 Pro was launched with Android 8 (Oreo) update based on ColorOS 5.2.
Now We have a great news for all Realme 2 Pro users as this device has started getting Realme UI V1.0 update through OTA in August 2020. This update is a Android version upgrade also.
Realme 2 Pro is currently running on Android 9 (Pie) based on ColorOS 6. But this August month update brings Android 10 update based on Realme UI V1.0 for Realme 2 Pro.
All Realme 2 Pro users will get this update till August last week. If you have not received this update yet, you can download it from the link given below and install it manually.

This update is the Stable Release version, it is recommended that you update to the latest realme UI 1.0.
Realme’s own customised UI based on Android 10 for realme devices is coming. You can now experience enhanced security, software stability and consistent user experience.

Realme 2 Pro update FAQ
Ques 1. Why my Google key not working?
Answer: Please note (only for users who have unlocked the device, users who not unlocked are not affected):
Due to the new Google security mechanism, the device will be in a non-secure mechanism state after unlocked. The Google key will be automatically deleted which will affect the three-party payment application.
In order to ensure the safety of mobile phone data, it is recommended back to the lock state before update.
If your phone has been upgraded to F.07 & future versions, Google key will come back when you lock your phone.
Ques 2. Why is my Google camera(GCAM) not working after upgrading?
Answer: After our lab testing, Google camera is not very compatible with Realme UI.
If you want to use Google Camera, please upgrade to latest version first;
And operate on following path: settings —- “”developer options —-“” camera HAL3, and then restart the phone;
