Guest user is a temporary account created in realme mobile. Once you switch Guest user to Administrator (Main) user all of the data will deleted from Guest account and changes made in guest account will not be saved.
Although Realme also provide facility to use guest user with previously used Guest ID. Here you can find data saved or changes made in last used Guest ID.

Multi-user also acts as multi parallel space as you create multiple user accounts in a single Realme mobile. And you can also log in with multiple social media ID, different ID in each User Account.
Login as New User
You can create many new users other than Admin & Guest account. You can create new users for your family members, friends or others to whom you do share with your mobile.

This type of User Account can be used for your personal purpose. In this type of account, you can keep your personal data like family photo or videos and other documents related to your personal life.
You can login with your personal whats app in this account. And you can use all of your personal social media accounts in this account.

I could set up a second user. But anytime she wants to make a call or write a text, she has to ask for permission of the administrator of the phone (which would be me). But how can I give these permissions???
Thanks a lot!
Found the solution.
As phone administrator you have to go to account settings, other accounts. There is a little settings icon near the name of the other users; there you can allow to use messages and phone.
Just in case someone else will have the same problem :-).
